Changelog:

• LEOs/Army will no longer be able to see gang chat or send gang messages. This has been done to keep the cop-job away from gang-affairs.
• Added new air vehicles (Rustlers) on map.
• Fixed a few false-positives on Anti-Cheat detections.
• Added a new gang-zone. Find out where!
• VIP Command /vipskin will not be available in DM events.
• Admins killing you with their miniguns will now be an unfair death.
  It will not affect your stats, i.e it wouldn’t be counted as a death. You won’t lose your wanted-levels and you won’t be taxed for death either.
